Laura Knochen-Davis has her Master's Degree in Business Administration from Binghamton University.  Ms.Knochen-Davis hasdeveloped numerous programs, workshops, and conferences throughout the northeast for corporations, municipalities and organizations.  Prior to her position as a Business Advisor at the Small Business Development Center, she held the positionsof Executive Director of the Broome Library Foundation, Program Director with the Minorities and Women Business Enterprise, and Training Director at NBT Bank.  She serves on the Board of Directors of the Southern Tier Opportunity Coalition and is Chair of the 20 in their Twenties Program.
